its annual Blue Cat event April 1st through the 3rd. The
event is in its third year, with this year's version appropriately
titled "Blue Cat Cubed."

Seahollies song online |
|
The Seahollies
now have a new tune on their PlayErie page. Entitled "Hated"
the song is from the band's new release - Decay. The CD
features eleven new songs and was recorded at Diecaster
Studios by Trevor Huster.

N.Y.A.B. - a trio featuring Darren Holland (guitars,
keys, vocals), LeiLani
Aberts (drums, vocals), and Max The Red (production, vocals).

to play local artists on the air |

Erie radio station Energy
FM 90 has announced that it will be dedicating airtime
to local artists. The station plans to play one local
band every 2 hours.
Energy-FM
90, WERG is Gannon University's student-operated broadcast
radio and web-streaming station, which operates at 89.9
MHz on the FM dial. With a signal-strength of 3000 watts,
Energy-FM 90 can be picked up throughout most of Erie
County. On a larger scale, listeners from all over the
world can pick up Energy's regular programming twenty-four
hours a day, seven days a week by connecting to WERG-i
on their website for live web streaming.

Force which is the solo project of bassist and
vocalist Shawn Brinker.
Nicknamed "The Shadow", Shawn has been composing original
music for over 10 years and has successfully produced 2 CD's under
his own label. He is also a member of the popluar local band, Thirst
N Howl.
Shadows Force combines a vast array of musical styles with a hard-rocking
edge in the vein of Savatage, Pink Floyd, Stevie Ray Vaugh and Journey.

release from Paper St.
|
|
Paper
St. has just returned from Nashville, TN where they
recorded their second release - a seven song EP.
The release date for the EP is March 27th with Paper St.
holding a CD Release party that night at the Docksider.
Also on the bill is Super No. 7, who will open the show.
The new Paper St. disc is titled "Music for the Desperate" and
will be released in Media Play and CD Wharehouse throughout Western
NY, Eastern PA, and most of OH. Stay tuned for a review of the CD
