Additional info
Ron Yarosz has been doing his thing around Erie for a while. He has played in several bands including Hammered Bass, The Moondogs Blues Band, Blues Expansion, and the Midnight Riders. He also had a brief stint with the Recipe and still plays from time to time with Jakes Blues, Starfish, and the Rodger Montgomery Blues Band. He has played with other bands such as Noah Wotherspoon and the Stratocats, Rick and the Roadhouse Rockers, East Ave, ABOP, Platos Cave, Plaid Iguana Project, Snake Oil Medicine Show, Kip London and the Jump City Band, John Cole Blues Band, Orange Whip, Big Jack Johnson, Benny "The Heat" Goodwin, Organic Voodoo Machine, Cucumber Jones, Jack Tripper, and The Tijiuana Bus Authority. He also plays solo acoustic shows.

The Vehicle is Ron's current band. It is an evolving and rotating entity (Thus the name) in which several different players move in and out of the band to play different shows. The band is always evolving in new directions fueled by the energy each different player brings to the band on any given night. The band reached the Finals of the local battle of the bands for the second year in a row and was the runner up this year...a very close second place...the Blues almost Prevailed at a Rock Club!!! The band plays Blues based jams that stretch into funk, rock, and jazz. Ron Plays the Hammond B3, sings and plays harmonica and will occasionally play some acoustic guitar as well. The band plays a mix of originals and uniquely done covers.

Ron's first album was The Vehicle. Check out the review on this site. He is currently working on his second record which will be a more traditional Blues album. No matter what venue he may be playing, you will also see Ron with the Hammond B3 and Leslie speaker and a Rock Solid band made up of some real Pro players!!! The Vehicle will be riding soon at a venue near you...come ride with the Vehicle "it will lose you what you want to lose and help you find what you need to find"
