A: PlayErie.com is a regional online music network. Think MP3.com, only localized and therefore more focused on the Erie area’s particular culture. At the heart of this network will be local musical artists and bands, while the overall scope of the project aims to include the ‘who’s who’ of music related businesses in Northwestern Pennsylvania.

Q: How much does it cost to be listed as an artist in the Play Erie network?
A. Zero. There is no charge for musical artists and groups to participate.

Q: What is included with an artist listing?
A: Here is what the artist listing includes:
- Two songs not over 6 minutes in length each (MP3 format)
- Web page for music, picture and bio.
- Band photo (jpg - up to 285 pixels wide or high)
- Large text space for artist description, member info, reviews, etc.
- A Play Erie email address (artistname@playerie.com)
- Email address is a forwarder to an existing email account.
- A Play Erie web address (www.PlayErie.com/artists/artistname)

Q: What if I do not have my music, photos or graphics in the proper format?
A: No problem, we can handle all aspects of preparing such items including music recording, mastering, and encoding, photo scanning and retouching, graphic design etc.

Q: I have all of my files in the proper format, now what?
A: Simply go to the Upload page and follow the instructions.
